I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Gluck lab at Rutgers University-Newark; I completed my Ph.D in
psychology at the University of Connecticut, and received my B.S. in psychology at Vanderbilt University. I
have also been a dance and fitness instructor for the past nine years. As a part of the African American Brain
