The conference will take place at The Lodges at Deer Valley, located at the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort

FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES WHO BOOK EARLY (Block limited to 31 rooms)

Our basic room rate at The Lodges at Deer Valley is $330/night plus taxes and resort fees (about half the normal going rate!). You have the option of either (1) staying for the full 4 nights, arriving Monday January 4th, skiing or enjoying the region otherwise, for three days of the meeting, and then leaving the morning of Friday January 8th, or (2) staying for only 3 nights, by arriving a day later or departing a day earlier.
