Updated Hotel (and Registration) Information for the January 5-7, 2027, Aging & Brain Health Tutorials Workshop at Deer Valley Ski Resort in Park City, Utah.
As of mid-July,  all rooms in our conference’s discounted rooming block at The Lodges at Deer Valley have now been fully sold out (half a year in advance of the meeting!). Although the hotel does have open-access rooms available, these go now for about twice the special conference rate (which was $330/night + tax and fees) or more for their larger multi-room suites. Because we still have space available at the conference for additional attendees (14 attendee spaces left as of end of July), we suggest that those seeking to book rooms at more modest prices consider staying in downtown Park City, which is only a 15-minute free shuttle bus ride away from the conference venue and the Deer Valley Ski resort (and even closer to the Park City Mountain Resort where snowboarders are allowed). Best way to find a hotel is to book one via Expedia, Tripadvisor, or Booking.com. As of late July, here are some options that were listed at similar — or lower — quoted prices as was our conference rate (but online rates change daily, so check for yourself).

Note that there are two steps to registering: (1) Registering online with all your information, and (2) Paying the Registration Fee of $350/person (includes two dinners). Both steps are required. Note that on completion of Step 1 you will be redirected automatically to Step 2. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is made. Because the banquet room and conference facility hold a maximum of 50 people (including the speakers), registration will close as soon a we have 50 confirmed and paid registrants. This will likely happen by late summer or early fall.
