APPLY FOR A STUDENT TRAVEL FELLOWSHIP (Deadline October 1)

We will award up to 10 student travel fellowships to graduate students as well as both undergraduate and post-baccalaureate research assistants who are planning to apply to PhD programs in the future.

Fellowship includes:

• round-trip airfare within the United States (foreign applicants will be considered, but must agree to pay for their own airfare into the US)
• complimentary registration
• four-night’s hotel accommodation to be shared with one other fellow

Applications are due OCTOBER 1, 2024. Awardees will be notified within two weeks.

Applicants should submit:

• (a) A cover letter describing past, current, and future research and career goals
• (b) a resume/CV
• (c) title and one-paragraph abstract summary of their current research activities which they can present in a 3-minute speech to be given at start of conference with no note and no slides (a.k.a. an “elevator pitch”).
